My knee is sore. Nothing serious (I don't think) but I don't think I'll be able to run/jog/jump/squat/lunge... Stuff like that. It's ok to walk on and I do have a treadmill but I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of maybe some upper body stuff I can do so I don't totally fall off the wagon. I'm really motivated now and don't want to lose my steam. Thanks guys!

Hi! I understand not wanting to lose steam by an injury. I work for an Orhopedic surgeon so I will tell you that an excellent lower body workout that doesnt stress your knee joints is rowing or stationary biking! Good luck! OR SWIMMING! The absolute best overall especially with knee injuries.0
