I've been on this site since jan 2010 and i just noticed this today when i entered my exercise that my protein went from over to under! I'd like to know this too, i mean i guess it's similar to the reason calories go up, hmm?0

Does it go up with added exercise calories? If that is the case; when your calories go up each of the others is going to go up in proportion.... you can't have just calories without the others.0

Most everything goes up proportionally when you add the exercise in. One exception is sodium.0

Saturated fats are an exception as well.0 -
Yes it does go up when I enter my exercise, but does that mean I should be eating more? Cuz I'm not hungry and I don't think I could force myself to eat that much more everyday.0

MFP is set up so you eat the goal they give you initially PLUS the exercise calories back so that you eat your net calories.0 -

If anything try to get at least a NET 1200 a day.... maybe try eating different foods not necessarily more foods.0 -
It says my net is 158 am I doing something wrong? 1200 cals a day, I've ate 877 today and burned 719 calories.0

Yes, you should be eating more. 877 is too few calories even before adding in exercise.
