About Eggs:Previously, we were told by health/ fitness experts to eat egg whites, or egg beaters because they were healthier, lower in fat, and high in protein. Now, the recommendation is to have whole eggs instead! Why? Because the red (really yellow part of the egg contains nutrients that benefit the entire body from eyes, to skin, hair, nails, and brain. Plus, it tastes so much better than those airy egg whites!
A Word on Fish: Debbie recommends Salmon as the top fish to eat because of its omega 3 fatty acid content, buthere are the alternatives she suggested:
cod, white fish, snapper, orange rouffy, halibut, pollak, rock fish, & ocean perch.
Aloe Vera Juice: We all know aloe for easing sun burn, but most of us don't know that 100% pure aloe vera juice, about 2 ounces daily is said to aid a number of digestive problems, in cell regeneration, with age spots and more!

You probably ate them before though - read seaweed or algae. At some Asian restaurants they are served, very salted, as a salad.
I agree with #9 the most :happy:0 -

I guess these superfood is in adddition to those ordinary healthy food. they offer different nutritious benefit to our health.
Sea-egetables should be farmiliar with the asian diet. for example like the japanese diet (because they have very limited access to vegetables because of geographic reaso)ns. .. in which seaweed is a stable because they offer alot different nutrtitions (like iron) plus you may be surprised how much protein some of the algea have.
I highly encourage everyone to try seaweed and algea..they are our friends under the sea..0 -

I KNOW ALOE VERA IS FOR SUNBURN BUT, DID NOT KNOW IT WAS A JUICE TO DRINK. :noway: WHERE CAN I BUY IT? THANKS :flowerforyou:0 -
Health food stores sell food grade aloe juice.
Sea vegetables are prominent in Asian cuisine. They're definitely must-haves for the health-conscious!! AND, as a bonus they're really great for people with hypothyroidism - this condition "creates" an iodine deficit in the body and sea vegetables (kelp, seaweed, algae and so on) are very high in iodine. I buy kelp powder (health food store) which is just ground up kelp, nothing else, and use it in sandwiches, sauces, hummus.... and it's a great replacement for salt if anyone is trying to cut back.0 -
