So to all my fellow people out there, especially us women, what words of motivation do you guys leave yourself? Any notes attached to the fridge, the bathroom mirror, etc? It doesnt even have to be just about weight loss, but about anything. I need to put ones up about my confidence and learning to be more bold. So, whats yours???

I found this article in a magazine years and years and years ago that was like "10 reasons I love myself" or something to that effect. One of the reasons was:

"I have a pair of legs that can take me wherever I want to go...regardless whether they jiggle along the way."

I cut that out and had it in my wallet for probably about 5 or 6 years. Unfortunately it got lost, but I still think back on it. It's still my favorite quote.

i leave myself notes in the margins of my planner. a few weeks ago i wrote "is it sunny yet?", "save your pennies, kerry ann!" "offer to stay late at work!"

its the voice of motivated me speaking when not so motivated me is present.

I don't really have words of wisdom but when I'm on the Elliptical or the Treadmill and I feel like I want to stop, I say to myself "What's 5 more minutes?" and I'll continue... sometimes longer than the 5 mins but it seems to help me!

My words of motivation are in the form of a countdown calendar on my computer's desktop. It says: 44 days to go until LAS VEGAS!!!!

Haha, but after that, it will go back to my usual "Stick With It!"

This is another of my favorites by one of my favorite upcoming authors:

    "dare to be incredible.
dare to fall flat on your face.
dare to take risks in a world of vanilla regurgitations.

don't be afraid of being extraordinary.
    be afraid of being ordinary.

    believe in yourself.
    onward and upward.
    always."

I found some really good ones that I'll share with ya'll!!

"Saying YES to the skinny jeans by saying NO to the donuts!"

"Anything is possible, it's your choice whether or not you choose to make it happen."

"I am too blessed to be stressed and too anointed to be disappointed."

and last but not least, "Quitting is NOT an option!"
