My Mind is Set

Hello MFP peeps,
I have finally decided to post here in the community. I actually started tracking everything I eat and drink on MFP January 25th. I have decided to increase fruit and veggies and lean proteins and pair foods correctly. Which I am noticing more inches than pounds and do not feel like I am on a diet but more that I am changing the way I make choices.
I was diagnosed with Graves Disease in my early 20's and though usually that equates to being thin, it was not my story. Weight has always been a battle and now without a thyroid more than ever.
I am looking to lose 60 more pounds, I have lost 17 thus far and plan to keep going. I am at the point where I know where I am and I am determined to stop letting my weight be the conversation in my head.
I am having to be very focused since part of my job is that I am out of town some times 3 nights a week and am having to find dining options that are acceptable.Which in some areas this is easier than others.
