My name is Kelly and 2 years ago I had a baby boy and did nothing to get rid of the extra weight I gained with him. Finally I had enough and started to diet, I lost 45 in 5 months and have stayed at the same weight since Oct. I would like to lose 11 more pounds to reach my ideal weight. For the last 45 days I have been hitting the gym hard, 60-90 min workouts 6 days a week, but I am still at the same weight. I am doing both cardio and weight training. Getting kinda frustrated at this point

I was on a 6 month plateau until I found this site.
Have you tried working out less?
How long have you been using this site?
I first started my goal at a loss of 2lbs a week but I couldn't sustain on such a low calorie diet. I eat more, excercise less and I am seeing results I like.
If what your doing isn't working, change it up!0
