Strawberry Shortcakes

I found this one on the back of HeartSmart Bisquick, made it tonight (with a minor tweak or two-delicious!!!!)

How I did it:

1 C. Bisquick HeartSmart
2 Tbs. Splenda
1/3 C. Skim Milk

Preheat oven to 425 deg.

Mix these together and drop 4 even spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet (I always use my Pampered Chef stones)

Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown

For the strawberries I didn't have fresh but I did have a bag of frozen no sugar added strawberries so I dumped them into a bowl (ok, I thawed them earlier) and used my Pampered Chef Food Chopper (no, I am not a rep...I have a lot of P.Chef) and chopped in the bowl. Then I added a few Tbs. more of Splenda to taste.

I don't know how you like shortcake, me personally, no whipped cream, I go w/ milk!
So, I took a warm shortcake, added what looked to be 1/4 of the strawberries and 1/2 cup of milk....Super Yummy!

I hope you enjoy! I think I might try w/ peaches or even blueberries, whatever I've got!
