I'm new to this and was just wondering......What would grooming 4 dogs be for exercise ? Took me 6 hours! Stood some of the time and sat most of the time, but are my upper back and arms sore tonight! I worked up a really good sweat!!!!!!

i would assume it would be close to light housework... that seems about right to me.0

According to this website: http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/fitness/exercise/grooming-bathing-dog/
A person weighing 145 lbs would burn approximately 245 calories per hour grooming dogs. That would put it at 1470 calories for the six hours you worked. I don't weigh 145 (I'm actually at 170), but I count it at this weight just in case their measurements are off by a little. Good job!0 -
Thanks for the info. I can't stand for too long on account of my back....but I sure felt like I had a workout......0
