to lose weight. I was told in 2009 that I needed to lose 100 lbs before back surgery. I'm still trying. I'll be 60 in April and I need o get healthier!
I'm married and four grown children and 3 grandchildre, one step grandchild, and one on the way.
I have beed diagnosied with spinal stenosis with osteroarthritsis.
