15 Minute Workout for Dummies

I've just started doing the 15 Minute Workout for Dummies workouts and I'm not always sure what kind of exercise to log them under. The Arm workout I figure belongs in Strength training but wasn't so sure about the others since they're shaping as well as strengthening?

Mostly I just don't want to put them under strength training because it's worth so few calories and I feel like I'm burning so much more.
