Hi All, Im Lara and i have just had a baby, well 10 months ago and im still claiming "Just had a Baby!".. I have found this site to be so great and am so keen to kick this baby weight and get to feeling like Me again....

How how is everyone else going?? Are you guys as pumped as i am about starting on this new beginning!
