Can we delete items from MY FOOD/MY MEALS?

I have changed alot of what I eat/drink and would like to update MY FOODS and MY MEALS. Is there a way to delete the old favorites so I can dd all the new?

    Yes. Click on "my meals". Click on the meal you want to delete. Click delete item from menu.

    I don't see that option. Would be nice to have. Meal management is a real weakness of MFP :(

    Can you delete an item from the meal? I cN only zero out. I changed the Greek yogurt in my overnight oats.
