    i have to agree with you, peggy...this site is one of my many tools that takes the work out of eating healthy. MFP makes things fun and exciting, instead of confusing and frustrating. I think that is the reason people have success here, they don't feel like giving up. I've only been here a month, but usually by now, i have gone nuts, and binged, on other diets...this time, i am full speed ahead, and no looking back. i love it.
