You know the story....mid 50's, about 20 lbs overweight....and have been for my whole adult life. I lose it, then gain it back, then lose it...madness, really.
Hoping this site will provide much needed support so that I can not only take it off, but keep it off, too. Someone once said to me, "Any diet will take the weight off. It's keeping it off that's the trick."
Words of wisdom.

Yes I agree, keeping it off is harder than losing!
Tracking is key though, you've come to the right place.

    Hi Juji,

I am in my late 40's and have been 20 to 25lbs overweight ever since my 3rd C section back when I was 35. I have been around 169-172 (I am 5 6 or 5 7) for so long now. I joined WW a couple of times and lost my 10% but of course..it eventually came back on.

You will love this site..I have decided to make this about a life style change, proper eating habits...and not call it a diet. I think if I can log every day, I can stick to it.

Welcome and feel free to "friend" me.
