Introducing oneself

I am new to MFP and so far I really enjoy logging in everyday and keeping track of what I did, or didn't do. It really helps me get an overall picture of where I am lacking and what I need to focus on. I do not have alot of friends (mostly because I am too busy) and I really wish that I had a work out buddy to help keep me encouraged (I get discouraged easily and want to say the heck with it when I can't see change). I know it's a process. Still looking for someone to work out with. I live in upstate NY.
