At home must haves!

At the beginning of the year i threw out all the seasonings i had that had salt in it. I want to make my own. So i bought l the lose seasonings ( not all at once) and Mrs. Dash's seasonings. It is better to add salt yourself. That way you can control the amount. Since doing this i don't get bloated that much and the food i eat taste better.

Oregano
Parsley
Thyme
*Garlic - you can never have to much garlic fresh or powder!
Basil
Paprika
