Why is it that mornings when I DON'T work out, I have to restrain myself from eating everything in sight, but when I do work out I'm completely fine with my usual breakfast until lunch time, working out definately makes me less hungry... why is this, shouldn't it be the other way around? Does anyone else have this problem? Any tips for not being so hungry?

Recently I've found that drinking more water has curbed my appetite. I'm talking lots of water. 3 liters a day. Try drinking more on the mornings you don't work out and see if that helps. My appetite is also decreased when I workout.0

I get the same thing with morning workouts, I just look at it as a reason to DO a morning workout, cause then I'm otherwise occupied and not able to mindlessly graze all morning.
On my day off from any kind of workout that's the day to have breakfast and then go shopping only getting what's on the list to avoid further grazing0
