Tomorrow is the final weigh-in for our Biggest Loser Contest. I was late today and forgot to grab my lunch so now I have to eat out. I want something with low sodium. Any suggestions?

Ya Subway is full of sodium your best bet is a salad...I believe most subways have salads as well :)

Subway always kills me on sodium but almost everywhere does. :( Bummer. Sometimes in this situation I'll go to my local 7-11 and they have containers of fresh fruit and raw veggies. I'll get that and maybe a banana or a small thing of milk and even a small bag of nuts.

Subway is terrible and packed full of sodium! Subway is not healthy and is full of fat, sugar an SALT... Try a Jason's deli veggie wrap with no cheese and a side of fruit. ior go to a grocery store near by and by some healthy food

your best bet would be to stop at a grocery pick up an apple maybe a bag of almonds and a salad. I would not recommend subway unless it's a veggie. Deli meats have a ton of sodium, also there bread is made with high fructose corn syrup which will leave you feeling hungary sooner. The sad truth is eating out low sodium is an oxymoron.

Heading to the grocery for a baked chicken breast and a salad from the salad bar. Thanks for the advice!
