I joined 2/10/11 when my hubby and I realized we weren't making enough weight loss headway on our own. We're both runners who let life, careers and kids get in the way of healthy eating, but now we're back on the right track. Studies show that for every 2 pounds of weight lost your 5K race time will drop between 5 and 10 seconds, so we're both looking forward to faster racing and longer lives!!
