logging 30 day shred?

i just did day one of level one of the 30 day shred. how do you suggest logging it under exercise?

    Most people say to log it as Circuit Training

    It's Circuit Training, so the best way to log it is as that. If you have an HRM that will give you a more accurate # but I don't have one, and I do 30 Day Shred (and all of Jillian's DVDs) and just log them as Circuit Training!
  • I have a HRM. When I have done the 30 Day shred level 2, I burn about 200 calories according to my HRM.

    you can't base your log off of anyone else's HRM numbers, they are based on the person wearing them, so if you don't have one, just log it as circuit training for whatever MFP has it listed as and just estimate lower if it makes you feel better.

    circuit training as the others said but also the aerobics listing is quite accurate for it too. (high impact)
