(makes 2 servings)

Ingredients

2 Thomas Bagel Thins
2 tbs Smart Balance Spread
1/2 cup Sargento Reduced Fat Italian Blend cheese
1/2 tsp Tone's granulated garlic
Parsley Flakes

Instructions

1. Separate bagel thins and place on baking sheet
2. Spread 1/2 tsp of Smart Balance onto each bagel half
3. Distribute cheese/garlic/parsley evenly onto bagels
4. Place in oven on Broil (high) for 3-4 mins
5. Enjoy!

    Yum! I was just thinking about doing something similar at lunch today! I don't care for the honey wheat sandwich thins, but find if I toast them they are better, just watch how long or they get too dry & shatter when you bite into your sammy!
