Hey everyone, this is my first time ever using myfitnesspal. however ive been on it now for about a month! i have lost a few pounds.. and am just tryin to track my food intake and my exercise to attain my weight goals before the summer! I recently posted a new blog? called Belly fat, mainly about how i can get better abs/flatter belly. if anyone has any suggestions, check it out and share ur suggestions, id love to hear them! I look forward to meeting new people and being able to use this tool for a very long time! Thanks!

Lots of cardio along with your ab workouts. I reccomend Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack, it is intense! Feel free to add me as a friend0
