Fructose question

Dannon Activia Vanilla yogurt contains "fructose syrup" ~ is this different than high fructose corn syrup?? If they're different, is fructose syrup healthier than HFCS? I'm so confused. :huh:

    Yes, it's different. Fructose is the type of sugar in fruit. IMHO, it's healthier than HFCS because it's less processed and something that occurs in nature. The one that is the synonym for HFCS is fructose-glucose syrup - I believe.
