posting exercises

I am new to this website. I did the Jillian Michaels 30 day video, and haven't figured out how to post them to my exercises. Since there is cardio and strength exercises and not sure how to make it work. Any ideas?? thanks

    Thanks for the info. I also was wondering how to log P90X. Circuit training would prob be my best bet too

    general consensus on here is to post JM's 30 day shred as circuit training, it seems to be almost exactly what people with HRM's show they burnt :o)

    calisthenics aren't including the cardio or weights :o)
