I'm finally starting to see the numbers change both in my weight and measurements...so that seems to have FIALLY triggered something in my mind, making my motivation rise!

To date I have lost 11 pounds and 6.5 inches! I'm so happy, I need to remind myself that just because the scale isn't budging doesn't mean the inches aren't!

Thanks everyone for all of your support, I couldn't have done it without my MFP family!
