Hello all, i've been using the site for about 2 weeks now and decided it was finally time to introduce myself. I'm currently in a weight loss contest and have been very aggressive with working out and eating properly.

The site has definitely helped me to track calories and discipline myself. I've lost almost 10 lbs and would like to lose another 10, but I want to maintain that weight after the contest which is the hard part. I know I won't maintain my current aggressive schedule, but I do want to maintain.

I'm trying to add variety to working out which includes classes, spinning, basketball and cardio. Hopefully I can give and get ideas from other members....

    Welcome.... Variety is the spice of life... Look forward to being less agressive and maintaining...that means you can consume more...But you still need to work out.
