The meat entries listed are are in pre-cooked weight , correct? Just want to make sure I use the right one when adding my minute steak tonight since the package did not have its own nutritional label
Thank you

It depends. If it's a user-entered entry (has an * at the beginning) then it depends on however that particular product is listed on its nutrition label. The MFP-entered ones (no *) specify - for example, the "Beef - Loin, bottom sirloin butt, tri-tip steak, lean only, cooked, broiled" entry would be listed as the cooked weight, but the "Beef - Round, top, lean only, prime, raw (London Broil, Minute Steak, Round Steak)" would be pre-cooked.
I tend not to rely on user-entered items since it's hard to know if they're accurate unless you have a food label to compare it to.0 -
One more thing - I'd recommend you check nutrition values for meat here - http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/
I believe they list them in raw and cooked, so you can pick whichever works for you, and see if you can find one in MFP that matches.0 -
