hi i am new here and enjoying this site but still figuring it all out. 3 or so years ago i lost 100lbs by working out and eating good. i continued to eat healthy and work out and i kept most off but got pregnant about a year ago and gained about 50lbs. So now i have a two month old and finding it very hard to get the time for excersize. i started being very strict about my diet and counting calories. i was losing weight at 1700 calories but some days i dont want to eat that much and i dont like making myself eat just to get the calories up. now i am on 1200 cuz thats what the site reccommends for me. it seems like i am loosing weight slower. my doctor said 2lbs a month is healthier but i would rather lose 2lbs a week. is anyone else doing p90x? i have been doing the core synergistics, cardio and yoga. it says its not reccommend for fat people but i like the workout. ~Bethany
