1st few days...

So I started doing this on Monday, only 4 days I know but already I've noticed a couple of things.
- Firstly, I've already lost a pound!
- Secondly, I'm sticking to around 1300 calories a day and am never going hungry! In fact I feel fuller for longer and haven't snacked after dinner since I've started!
The big thing for me was today. I went to Nando's my favourite place with my boyfriend and due to an event I was running did not have time to eat since breakfast! I ordered half a chicken (only managed a quarter and didn't eat the skin) and got spicy rice instead of chips and left half of that too! I did sneakily have a creamy mash but was still under my calories for today! Just helps me to realise I can still eat some food I love!
Hopefully this time next week I'll have lost around 5-6 pounds!
