Carbohydrates

I'm confused!!!! Extremely confused. My recommendation says 202 carbohydrates a day. Of course, they should be healthy. But isn't that too much? I don't know. I just want to loose weight quickly.

    I eat at least twice that amount a day and am losing just fine. I'm also doing a lot of activity and carbohydrate is the first choice of fuel for high intensity activity and the by products of carbohydrate usage as fuel allow for fat burning. Carbs aren't the evil they are made out to be.
