Hi newbie on the forums

Hi all

have been using fitness pal off and on for a while now but firts time on the forums

I would like to loose at least a stone idealy two

I do have diffculties with dieting at times. I dont have a very big appitite and struggle to eat at least 1200 cals a day. I exercise every day and yet I put weight on ( street dance 1 hour and toning 1/2 hour on monday, 2 hours dance on tuesday, cycles, for 1/2 -1 hour or walk for half to one hour on all other day, also walk to and from work every week day on top of other exercise

weight is mainly on abdomen, legs and arms and bottom quite toned

However have started on slim fast this week and finding it easy to follow, but again struggling to eat the three snacks and a 600 cal meal.
I am only having one shake a day but substituting cereals at breakfast as I can not go without them due to IBS ( the cereal is less cals than a shake)
My main meal is usually 250-400 cals
I dont eat puddings often except fruit
I dont like potatoes except jacket, I do eat rice and pasta
I love salad and veg
Also i have never taken milk or sugar in drinks and do not have sugar on cereals
