NSV - Scottish Dancing

Was feeling a bit down today, so I was glad I made the effort to go to my usual Scottish dancing class - dancing always makes me feel good.
First, I wore my HRM, which almost unbelievably tells me that 2 hours of dancing burned over 800 calories! Wow!
Secondly, a friend who'd been ill for a while, and therefore who hasn't seen me for 6 weeks said "Gosh you've lost weight!"
And third, another lady admired my dress and said I looked like Kate Middleton!
