I need to go to the gym. but i can't get out of the damn house.
I was gonna make dinner for myself tonight with the assumption that i was going to be eating alone but my grandmother decided she wanted to do that too.. so instead of one lobster tail.. i need to make three and she said she was going to the store to get more potatos and 2 more tails... its already 4pm... and no ones even dressed.. my grandfathers working on the toilet in the bathroom cuz apparently the toilets on the fritz again.. and the water is off. I can't wash my hair and head off to the gym.. and at this rate.. i'm not gonna get to cook ... she seems to think lobster takes five minutes even after I told her i'm slow baking it so it tastes better.. fldsjfljdasflja i should just let them grill theirs. :-( everyone always finds ways to make me wrong. i'm sure she'll try to take over the cooking.. which is unfair since this ... i wanted to make for myself.. my mini celebration of my anniversary w my fiance, who's in a different state right now... ok. I'm a little mad now... i don't mind cooking for them or sharing a meal with them at ALL but i think its a little rude to say that... and then have me wait to do anything and not actually get it. I'm not gonna get to the gym now til really late.. and i don't have a car. i have to walk. and bus.. and i live in nevada.. no one can drive out here at all i'm getting antsy i really wish someone would go get these things so i can start cooking them.. so we could eat by 6 and i can at least go at 7!!

    Honestly, it's ok to be upset. Just the stress of your husband and you being apart is enough to deal with. I say put your hair up and get the heck outta the house... even if it's just going to a friends house. Heck, maybe you could even grab some dinner together (Applebees has a "under 550 calorie" menu). That's what I'd do...

    make the best of an irritating situation. you cant control how they are but you can control how you react to the obstacle. if i were you id take the momentum from being mad to lock myself in my room and work out like crazy in there doing body weight exercises, at least you can get some good accomplished while you wait.

    lol ya.. i got it. she kept trying to tell me how to cook it too and i was like.. I got this. don't worry . just sit down and read your news mag. lol
    they enjoyed it.
    now onwards to the gym.
