Apparently no one is aware of this, and I just have to share my secret with you guys, b/c this application and community is awesome.
If you have OnDemand Fios
Select OnDemand on your romote
Scrool down to FREE
then HEALTH/FITNESS
then EXERCISE TV

there's a lot of options but I'm currently doing Chris Freytag's 10LB SLIM DOWN
she has 5 25minute circuits (yoga, total body blast, upper body, lower body and core)
and there's a printable calendar that says what circuit you should do on what day!

Hope this helps

Add me! Motivation needed:)

Much love from Maryland!

I LOVE these. I do Beginning Yoga almost nightly. For someone who's never attempted yoga, its awesome. I highly recommend it.! I've also done the Hip Hop Body Shop Dance workout, its fun!

I love this!!! Discovered it last week. And they have a nice variety. Good option when I can't make it to the gym. I've done some of the Crunch stuff as well as BL Last Chance Workout.

For anyone who doesn't have OnDemand (or who have it but don't have it hooked up because their husband hasn't hooked up the ethernet cord, like... somebody I know :grumble: ), you can also access all those workouts online for free at exercisetv.tv. :)

Spread the word! I love my OnDemand. That is where I first fell in love with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, for free!

Anyone know where to find these on Charter's on demand?? I have not been able to yet. I remember there were tons on comcast when we had that.

I found a wellness section but all it had was infomercials for Total Gym, Brazil Butt Lift etc, no actual programs.

So what you guys are saying is I don't have an excuse anymore (aside from a broken remote)?

I would call my cable company and ask if they offer it. You might have a hard time finding it on your own, sometimes they hide it quiet well.
I do these too, to switch it up from my 30ds dvd.
I love them!! I have to look for the HIIT ones now, interested in that!
