    I would like to know as well:smile: I just started Level 3 of the Shred and am looking for where to go next.
  • I love love love this video. More so than the 30DS. I'm currently doing both videos and I feel like I get a better burn with the 6wk 6pk. It's a 39 minute video and more high intensity intervals.

    I am do both just like Vanishing and i love them! You will love 6wk 6pk. Its fab!

    I have it and i'm on day 4 (as of tonight) and it's a pretty good workout.. No lie she is kicking my butt! But it's getting easier at least and I feel like I already see change (maybe i'm just crazy lol) But definately worth it.. The only thing you need is a single hand weight (mines is 5 lbs) but I kinda wish I had an 8... Definitely a good by for me.. you do 3 weeks on level one then do the last 3 weeks on level 2. Don't be fooled though.. level one is not some cupcake round lol

    Thank You!! I have 30 day shred but didn't do it consecutively i am getting tired of it though... I rotate with my other vidoes. Can 't wait to order

    6 week 6 pack is a pretty good workout with some unique moves.. i also really like crunchless abs with jackie warner. :flowerforyou:

    @JDAVIS: I've done it the last 4 days straight.. she recommends doing it at least 5 times a week for the 6 weeks to get good results. It's only 30 minutes so I do my cardio in the AM and use it as my circuit training in the evening.. with the warm up and cool down its about 35 minutes :)

    P.S. i'm trying to use her workouts as a building block to me one day getting the ChaLean Extreme video.. I wanna try that one but i'm a little intimidated lol So since I pretty much have stick arms I gotta build some muscle to melt this fat!
