Another newbie

Hi there, Im Donna from New Zealand, Im 34 with having 4 kids.I started using MFP 8days ago and have lost 1.9kgs, my downfall is a snack alot during the day having 2preschool kids(one with Down Syndrome) so am so busy i eat on the go and its normally RUBBISH, i also struggle to drink water so lately i think ive been dehydrating myself and not drinking anything apart from a juice and a mocha a day eeeek, feel free to add me to your friends list so we can encourage each other

I feel your pain. I'm home all day with a bunch of little ones always wanting crackers. Its so hard not to pop one or two in your mouth!0
