Weight Loss...is there such a thing as to fast?

I am on day 18 of my weight lifestyle change. I have done a complete 180 on my fitness/activity level and my food intake (types of foods and amounts). I have lost about 9 1/2 lbs. I have a lot to loose! So I am not in anyway to trying complain or brag or anything, just want to make sure I am doing this right. I know it will not be like this the entire journey. I feel great, have energy, don't feel hungry, love to exercise now. Am I just over thinking this all?

    yea usually at first we get rid of all of water weight..I lost so much at first too...
