Love this site! Looking for Medifast Friends!

Hi,
I am a newbie here and I love everything about this site!! I found it through a friend on facebook. I eat out a lot so it keeps me in check when ordering to make sure I don't go over my calories/carbs.

I have been on Medifast for 9 weeks now and I have lost 37 lbs. My husband is sharing in my journey too (Shawnben). We have an eight year old and we want to be able to keep up with him!

I look forward to sharing and reading other's stories of inspiration and motivation too. My goal is to lose another 118 lbs. I'm sticking with it!! And I can use all the support, tips and tricks you want to share!
