I had lost weight before finding MFP and one of my MFP friends just showed me how to add that to MFP so it shows more accurately how far I've come! So it feels more like a victory seeing that big number instead of my measly 7 I've been stuck on for a while. For some reason people get on here and see a tall girl who weighs 135 and flip out on me and get all nasty like I'm being anorexic, not realizing that I WAS overweight when I started my journey. This feels way better.

Congrats! And thanks for the tip on putting history in. I started to lose weight before MFP, too, and it's nice to know that I can track those pounds lost, too.0

It so helps seeing the WHOLE journey in numbers instead of just half of it.0
