Hi im a 21 yr old mom of 2 an want to lose 13pounds! if anyone has an tips or anything ill take them!!

Move...do anything...go for a walk, run...vaccuum ...carry the kids...etc...I am a 41 yr old mom of 3 with 11 more pounds to go and eating less is awesome, but you gotta move.0

yep yep... water water water... avoid sodium.. and move your body more. How old are your kids? I have 2 girls ages 6 and 4... they LOVE to have dance time or go bike riding or ANYthing with me... much easier now that they can participate and not be carried or pulled in the wagon or whatever.0
