NSV - Upper body Work

I've been working on this for about two months. When I started, I was just coming out of a bad shoulder flare (bursitis and impingement syndrome). The problems in both shoulders have been chronic, and rather limiting for about five years. Over the last two months, I've been exercising them, gradually moving from lots of reps at low weight to fewer reps at higher rates, to try to build strength. Today is the first day I've worked to what I feel is my true current maximum weight - the point where I cannot do more than 8-10 reps in a set. So far, my joints are not protesting. It feels so good to feel like I might actually be able to regain normal use of my body!
