what do you think of my crock pot recipe (first timer)

I'm buying my crock pot tomorrow and already thinking of the many meals I will make...this will be my first time...anyway here's the recipe
-2 boneless porkchops
-1cup of beef broth
-1 large onion diced
-diced carrots
-diced celery
-chopped mushrooms
-1 can of diced chunky tomatos
#cooked until the pork chops can be shredded.
Then I will shred it
Cook fettuccine noodels
pour over the shredded porkchops & veggies with the pasta noodels...
*feel free to tell me if you like it or not
*or if you think I should add or not add an ingredient
*or if I should change something

It sounds good! You might not need quite that much broth (unless you're wanting a lot of sauce?) I always add too much liquid to the crock pot, it doesn't need as much as I always think it will. Good luck and please let us know how it turns out!0

sounds great, i would of added just water as you have the juice of the canned tomatoes and the meat...i would put some sage in with it too and maybe an apple
