If you like those fancy Starbucks coffee drinks (you know, those desserts disguised as beverages? the ones that are horrible for the diet?) I've found a great substitute. Syntrax Nectar Cappuccino-flavored protein powder. Mix a couple of scoops with a handful of ice and a cup of regular black coffee.

    Ooo that sounds great!!

I'm loving these recipes - I want to try them all. And because I use chocolate protein powder it almost feels like I'm cheating on my diet but I'm really not, it's great

There's a guy on youtube that does videos with all kinds of recipes. There's low carb ones if any of you are on low carb diets and there are also recipes using protein powder: http://www.youtube.com/user/leanbodylifestyle

This is also a recipe from another youtube channel for protein pancakes, that may be useful: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HbNhSMf-r34

    Protein / Yogurt pudding

1000 gms of plain fat-free yogurt

1 (1 1/2 ounce) package Jell-O pudding mix, ( instant non-fat no sugar added) pudding mix
2 servings of protein powder (vary amount to suit your needs or powder, use any flavor that compliments your pudding mix)

Place all ingredients in a large bowl, beat with electric beaters or whisk until it starts to thicken slightly. Place back in containers and refrigerate 4 hours (or so) .

A blender will not work for this, you need to beat some air into the mix.

    Makes 4 servings

My current favorite flavor is pistachio pudding with vanilla pudding mix
