It's raining! Hopefully that will break the heat and smog-tasticness!

Today is dance class, and walking at least one way (about 20 minutes). Yesterday I got an hour walk to make up to my calorie goal after the weight session.

    Today, I'm still taking it easy. I haven't completely recovered, so I'm just walking today. I'm also off to Fort Worth for the next few days, so I don't know if I'll be checking in.

    Gave into a s'more attack, and today is usually my day off exercise wise, so I'm going to have to figure out a 30 minute job in there somewhere to make up for it.

    It is hot and disgustingly humid here! I did manage a short walk (1.75 miles).

    I am going to try to keep my calories down today because I want to rest today. We had a very busy day yesterday and I still managed to do horrible with calories. I was over by 400 cals. :cry: That's better than what I would have used to have done! It still made me feel bad for being that far over. That was with pizza and birthday cake though and Dr. Pepper and Sweet tea. It was bad. I did walk for about 3-4 hours yesterday though.
    Today is hopefully a day of rest, but if I go over my calories we are going to have to roller blade this evening! I just want to be lazy today.
    Weekends are very hard for me and I think they are for most everyone. I actually look forward to Mondays some times so I can get back to my routine.
    OH! And I am pretty sure my scale (analog) is about 7 pounds off, so I probably weigh that much more than it says. My son weighs about 31 pounds and I think it showed 26 when he was on it. I am scared to get a new one! I will check it on my mom's scale in a few weeks. She has a nice one and it will give me more time to lose o it won't look as bad. :tongue:
    Can you guys tell I am lonely? I wrote a novel every time I post.

    Don't feel bad mechanicmom, it rained here all day and I sat and ate my way through a book! I logged it all and I was way over too. The only thing I did for exercise was learn a new belly dance video with my daughter. Oh boy am I out of shape. I hope to have better luck with it tomorrow. We plan on doing some yoga to stretch out in the morning followed by another hour of belly dancing. Wish me luck, see yall tomorrow.
