I made it through my first week! The scale says I lost 3 lbs. I know probably 2.5 of that is water weight, but who cares? I'm under 170! And I felt like going for a walk yesterday. This may not seem like a big thing, but normally I avoid exercise like the plague, so actually wanting to go out and talk a walk is a huge deal for me. This site is great!

    Keep at it.
    Since I started going to the gym and eating better I miss the gym if I don't go for a day. Never used to feel that way before!
