Lap Band?

Are there any fellow lap banders there? I've had the lap band for 5 mths and I am up to 7 ccs but STILL not restricted on what I can eat. It's discouraging.... just wondering if anyone else has been or is on the same boat as me. If so, what did you do about it?

    My Mum had the lap banding done years & years ago & lost over 50kg with it, but 10 of those kgs was when she wasnt restricted, she just focused on trying to eat healthier foods & rather than sitting down to 3 meals, she broke her food up into 5-6 meals. Its definately easier when you dont have a choice about what fits in your stomach, but doesnt mean you cant work at it a bit now, good luck!
