    Theres about 3500 calories in a pound of fat and the same :drinker: six pounds of muscle. I doubt if you are loseing muscle, the initial weight loss means you are bloated, mainly fluids. Its natural to lose a lot of weight the first few days as your system cleans it self out and is not so backed up. MFP will give you the number of calories you used and then deduct the calories you consumed, divide that by 3500 and you will have roughly the number of actual pounds you lost.

    I did the same diet a few years back I did loose 7 lbs ..But I really do not think it is a healthy way to loose weight..:):happy:
