Fluidity bar? Any good?

Used to be 220 pounds, now i'm down to 158! it's been a crazy ride....i'm happy with my weight, and i have an athletic body that puts on bulk easily....i love to dance and would love a nice long leaner body without always resorting to intense aerobics like turbo jam and running (i love both a lot, tho!)
saw some commercials about the fluidity bar and i thought: I want a body close to that! I would definitely work out more than twice a week with the bar....
i've plateaued for the last four or five months, and haven't been working out as hard or as long since i went almost a year full force, 5 days a week (or more) an hour and a half a day (or more) and i've also been indulging in a "bad day" a week of eating whatever i want...now i'm ready to kick it into gear again!
Has this helped anyone reach that next level and break a plateau? is it any good?

I have heard that there are more problems with that thing than it's worth. And to top it off, if you don't like it, you have to ship it back, which cost about $125 (that is not a typo!). Something in the manufacturing of it makes it smell funny (like drying paint funny) that is impossible to get rid of. And there is no product support. Also, it doesn't burn fat as much as it only tones and strengthens - not much cardio.0
