hey MFP! i was just on a holiday where i was eating super-healthy food for a week- it felt great!! i think that i eat well, normally, but when i got back, i immediately noticed a difference. i'm thinking that i may have developed gluten intolerance (ate almost no bread products on holiday), so i want to go gluten-free for a few weeks to see if it makes a difference. i guess i could just cut out all bread-y products, but i know that this isn't the whole story. any advice for a gluten-free newbie?? thanks!! dlj
