:happy: I've just decided to give this a go,i will do Weight Watchers (haven't signed up with them thought,not yet anyway) my friend made me a huge list of food that I like with points association and then watch the calories every other day,don't want to go too low to screw up my metabolism!! this site is awesome so far i think i will love it!! Anyway good luck all and hopefully we all manage to loose a couple of inches by the time summer is here!! :drinker:
